TradeView（以下簡稱「本應用」）是一款投資組合管理工具，協助您追蹤和管理投資資產。本隱私權政策說明我們如何處理您的資料。
TradeView (the "App") is an investment portfolio management tool that helps you track and manage your investment assets. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
重要聲明 | Important Notice
本應用採用離線優先架構（Offline-First），不會將您的個人資料或交易數據上傳或傳輸至任何我們的伺服器。所有交易紀錄、帳戶與投資數據均儲存於您使用之裝置本機。
This App uses an offline-first architecture and does NOT upload or transmit your personal information or transaction data to any of our servers. All transaction records, accounts, and investment data are stored locally on your device.
為提供登入與會員功能，本應用會在您裝置本機儲存：您登入時輸入的 Email（僅用於識別）、交易紀錄、帳戶設定、股價快取等。這些資料僅存在於您的裝置，不會上傳至我們的伺服器。
To provide login and membership features, the App stores on your device only: the email you enter for login (for identification), transaction records, account settings, price cache, etc. This data exists only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
所有應用資料（包括交易記錄、資產配置、帳戶資訊等）完全儲存在您的裝置本地（Local Storage）。這些資料：僅存在於您的裝置上、不會上傳到任何我們的雲端或伺服器、不會與第三方共享、僅由您本人控制和管理。
All app data is stored locally on your device (Local Storage). This data: exists only on your device, is not uploaded to our cloud or servers, is not shared with third parties, and is controlled solely by you.
本應用提供透過 Apple App Store（iOS）或 Google Play（Android）的應用內訂閱。訂閱與付款由 Apple 或 Google 處理，其隱私與條款請參閱各平台之政策。本應用僅於裝置上快取訂閱狀態與到期日，不處理或儲存您的付款資訊。
In-app subscriptions are provided through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Payment and subscription are handled by Apple or Google; please refer to their respective privacy and terms. The App only caches subscription status and expiry on your device and does not process or store your payment information.
本應用需要網路連線權限，僅用於：獲取即時股價與匯率（從公開金融數據來源）、載入應用程式（網頁版或 TWA 版）。這些請求不涉及傳輸您的個人資料或交易記錄。
The App requires network access only to: fetch real-time stock prices and exchange rates from public sources, and load the application (web or TWA). These requests do not transmit your personal information or transaction records.
備份：您可透過應用內「備份資料」功能將資料匯出為 JSON 檔案，儲存於您的裝置或雲端。備份由您手動執行，檔案不會自動上傳至我們的伺服器。
刪除帳號與資料：您可於應用內「系統管理」頁面使用「刪除帳號與資料」功能，永久清除本機上的登入狀態與所有相關資料（交易、帳戶等）。此操作僅影響該裝置且無法復原。訂閱取消請於裝置的「設定 → 訂閱項目」中操作。
Backup: You can export data as a JSON file via the in-app backup feature. Delete account & data: In the app, go to System Management and use "Delete Account & Data" to permanently remove all local data on that device. To cancel subscription, use your device's Settings → Subscriptions.
本應用可能從第三方取得公開金融數據（股價、匯率）。訂閱與付款由 Apple/Google 處理。本應用不與第三方共享您的個人資料或交易記錄。
資料儲存於您的裝置本機，請使用裝置螢幕鎖定、定期備份，並在共用裝置上使用後注意清除資料。
Data is stored on your device. We recommend using device screen lock, backing up regularly, and clearing data after use on shared devices.
本應用不針對兒童設計。所有資料存於本機，未滿法定年齡者請在監護人同意下使用。This App is not directed at children. Please use under guardian consent if under the age of majority.
我們可能不定期更新本政策，重大變更將於應用或本頁面公告。We may update this policy; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
